Take Kilikija’s Lavash. Smear a thin layer of butter on it throughout its length. On top of the butter, put pieces of salted salmon (salmon or trout), large straw of fresh cucumbers and finely chopped dill. Now roll it into a long sausage and put in the fridge for a day. Before serving cut into rolls. When served to the table – decorate with pomegranate.
